SUPPORTING REFORESTATION
WITH ONE TREE PLANTED

My love for nature is more than a passion—it's a responsibility. Growing up in New York City, a place with more concrete than trees, I knew how different life felt without much greenery. Moving to Sydney opened my eyes to how trees shape our well-being. But more than beauty or relaxation, trees are crucial to life on earth, and right now, they need us more than ever.

Global warming has already caused monumental worldwide damage, destroying large portions of forests and with them, crucial ecosystems. The loss of trees means the loss of habitats for critically endangered wildlife, insects, and plant species—many of which are vital to the earth’s health and our own survival. We have a duty not just to enjoy nature but to actively protect and restore it.

That’s why I’m excited to share that we’re proud to support One Tree Planted. Every purchase you make will contribute to planting trees, helping to restore forests, protect wildlife, and fight climate change. By taking action now, we’re not just planting trees; we’re planting hope for a sustainable future—for us, and for every living thing that calls these forests home. 🌳

HOW WE'RE MAKING AN IMPACT

Starting today, every purchase will help us plant trees to support reforestation efforts. As a proud dual citizen of both the United States and Australia, our trees will be planted in these countries:

🌳 Australian purchases support Australian reforestation. 🐨

🦅 US purchases support American reforestation.

🌏 International purchases support reforestation in Australia.

WHY TREES MATTER

Trees aren’t just beautiful—they’re essential. They clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitats for over 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity.

Here’s how they make a difference:

Air & Climate: Trees are nature’s air purifiers. Through their leaves and bark, they absorb harmful pollutants like nitrogen oxides, ozone, and carbon monoxide and release clean oxygen for us to breathe. They also act as carbon sinks by absorbing excess carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, helping to offset the effects of climate change. A mature tree can absorb an average of 22 pounds of carbon dioxide per year, making our planet healthier and cooler.

LET'S PLANT A FOREST TOGETHER

ANIMALS DEPEND ON TREES

Wildlife & Ecosystems: A single tree can be home to hundreds of species of insects, birds, mammals, fungi, and plants. Different types of forests support various wildlife habitats, from young, open forests filled with shrubs and grasses to older forests with large trees and complex canopies. Without trees, many creatures would have nowhere to call home, making trees a vital part of preserving biodiversity.

Water & Soil: Trees play a crucial role in water conservation and soil health. Their intricate root systems act as natural filters, capturing rainwater and preventing harmful erosion. This process slows down water absorption into the soil, reducing the risk of floods and landslides. A mature evergreen tree can intercept over 15,000 liters of water every year, helping stabilize the earth and support natural water cycles.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Health & Well-being: Trees don’t just make the environment healthier—they also help us feel better. Studies have shown that being around trees reduces stress and anxiety, improving our mental health. Even hospital patients recover faster when their rooms overlook trees. Plus, their shade provides natural protection from the harshness of the sun, contributing to overall well-being.
