SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTIES

Each Bas & Lokes product is handcrafted and made to order specifically for you in our Sydney studio.

Production times vary depending on the product being purchased and will be displayed on the relevant product page.

If your order contains multiple items, it will be shipped once all items have been completed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

For customers in the United States, all applicable import duties and tariffs are prepaid by us. No additional tariffs or import duties will be payable upon delivery.

Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Bas & Lokes product is handcrafted to order specifically for you. As we do not carry finished inventory and begin production shortly after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before placing an order. We take great care to accurately represent the colours, materials, and details of every product.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we are always happy to help.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged in transit or an error has occurred with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work quickly to make things right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

As a small studio, we begin processing orders shortly after they are received. We therefore encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.

QUALITY GUARANTEE & WARRANTY

Every Bas & Lokes product is carefully inspected before it leaves our Sydney studio. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to creating leather goods of exceptional quality.

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use, including issues such as stitching failure, hardware failure, or defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, alterations made by you or a third party, or damage resulting from improper care.

If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact us with details and photographs of the problem. Each case is assessed individually and, where covered, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
